I completed my B.Tech in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from Sree Chitra Thirunal College of Engineering,Kerala.I am currently doing my MS(R) under the guidance of Dr.Himanshhu Sinha . I am working on a project about understanding the drug resistance variations in different strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the fitness costs associated with the evolution of antifungal resistance. My research involves the analysis of genotype and phenotype data using a combination of experimental and computational methods.
