DBT Grant: Computational Tools for Studying Mutations in Cancer

The DBT award comprises two projects:

• Karthik Raman, B Ravindran and Raghunathan Rengaswamy: A computational pipeline for Identifying the Context of Key Mutations in Cancer Genomes
• Michael Gromiha and Suresh Rayala: Development of computational tools for analysis and prediction of disease-causing mutations
