15th IBSE Seminar by Dr. Sabarinathan Radhakrishnan

IBSE is very pleased to introduce you all to our guest speaker Dr. Sabarinathan Radhakrishnan. The title of his presentation will be: “Understanding cancer evolution through genomics data science”

Dr. Sabarinathan Radhakrishnan is a faculty at the National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS), Bangalore; and his lab is interested in the application of computational and functional genomics approaches to study the genetic and molecular basis of cancer. He obtained his PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark and then did his post-doctoral training in the area of computational cancer genomics at the Institute for Research in Biomedicine (IRB), Barcelona.
