I did my undergraduate in Btech Biotechnology at Alagappa College of Technology, Anna University, and my masters in Genetic Engineering at SRM Institute of Technology. After that, I worked as a JRF at Vision Research Foundation, Shankar Nethralaya Chennai. Currently, my Ph.D. in Systems Genetics lab focuses on understanding ribosomal protein heterogeneity across different cells in normal and cancer tissues in humans using ScRNA-seq data. I also work on integrating multi-omics data to predict yeast growth using machine learning techniques. In addition, I also aim to understand the role of computationally predicted microprotein of Rps17a in yeast.
