Dr. Arun K Tangirala is a Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in the Department of Chemical Engineering. His research Area is Systems Theory.
He received his Ph.D. from Department of Chemical & Materials Engineering, University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. Continuing as a Post-Doctoral Fellow for a short period, he joined as a Research Manager in the Industry-Govt. sponsored Chair Program at the same department. In addition, he has held the positions of Visiting Professorship at leading international universities such as University of Delaware, Technical University of Munich, Tsinghua University, etc.
