Dr. Veerendra Gadekar is a Senior Project Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras in the Department of Biotechnology. His research area is Bioinformatics and Computational Biology. He is a Data Science enthusiast. Veerendra received his Ph.D. in Life and Biomolecular Science from The Open University UK. Later he worked as Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Vienna, and the University of Copenhagen.
